International Yoga Day celebrated

International Day of Yoga was celebrated at POWERGRID office at Secunderabad and also at all substations and construction area offices of POWERGRID, SRTS-I, spread over Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Karnataka on Thursday.
Hyderabad: International Day of Yoga was celebrated at POWERGRID office at Secunderabad and also at all substations and construction area offices of POWERGRID, SRTS-I, spread over Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Karnataka on Thursday.
The programme was organised in association with Isha Foundation, Hyderabad. Representatives of the foundation delivered a session on benefits of yoga for employees and family members for two hours on topic ‘Upa Yoga’. A set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system was demonstrated and put into practice. Earlier the programme was inaugurated by V Sekhar, Executive Director SRTS-I.
