ED of HMWSSB honoured with seva puraskar
Srijala Satyanarayana, ED of HMWSSB, was honoured on Tuesday with seva puraskar for his work in ensuring protection of the environment by Tyararaya Gana Sabha president Janardhan Reddy and BC Commission member Gowrishankar.

The chief guests called upon the people to treat in reverence the ‘pancha bhootas’ and praised NGOs for their efforts in protecting them. They administered a pledge to the gathering to conserve water and released a poster on ‘Jalam-Jeevam’.
Among those present were P Sandhyarani, founder, Sri Akanksha Charitable Trust, which organised the function, Kalasarada, general secretary, Moksha Foundation CEO S Srisailam, Safe Earth Foundation CEO T Surender, Waves Society Sivaram, Pushpagiri president P Yadagiri, Avani Foundation founder T Vijayalakshmi, its representative Venkanna. Representatives of the Safe Earth Foundation and Avani Foundation later felicitated Satyanarayana for receiving the puraskar.
Surender praised the official for his inspiring role in protecting the environment. S Suresh, Abhignya, Solman Raju, Mahender, Anjaneyulu of the two organisations, attended.
