Seminar on rejuvenating rivers held at IE

Khairatabad: The Institution of Engineers in association with Jal Biridari organised a Talk on "Basic Issues in Rejuvenation of Rivers".
The talk was delivered by Environmentalist Dr Bharat Junjhunwala. V Prakash Rao, chairman, Telangana State Water Resources Development Corporation was also present at the seminar. Environmentalist Dr Bharat Junjhunwala said that the rejuvenation of rivers is the need of the hour, to rejuvenate the rivers, one side of the river must be kept free flow as river water is more powerful.
