CPI leaders stage dharna at RDO office

Ibrahimpatnam: Demanding 2BHK houses for the eligible poor people, under the leadership of CPI state secretary Chada Venkat Reddy and party Rangareddy district assistant secretary A Ravindra Chari, leaders and activists staged a dharna at RDO office here on Monday. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the RDO.
The other demands include – expediting construction works of 2BHK houses, action against officials and contractors using low quality material after ordering an inquiry with higher official, protection of Bhoodan lands from land sharks, allotment of three-acre land to dalits, pension to eligible elders. Leaders S Shekar Reddy, M Yadi Reddy took part.
