The Enforcement Directorate took possession of as many as 19 plots located at Boulder Hills Community in city as part of the its proceedings into controversial land deal between APIIC and the Dubai based Emaar. The land, measuring 25,810 sq yards, belongs to Emaar Hills Township Pvt Ltd., a realty project. The Enforcement Directorate was entrusted with the probe into the implementation of the project. Cautionary boards were erected at the property. Emaar has sold its stake, which was leased out by APIIC, for implementing the realty
