The fifth Circle Level Women’s Conference was organised by the State Bank of India Officers Association (SBIOA) Hyderabad Circle at SBIOA Bhavan in Narayanguda on Sunday.

Malkajgiri zone DCP Rama Rajeshwari, who heads the She Teams of Cyberabad, laid emphasis on women empowerment while speaking at a conference and said that it was important for the country’s growth. The fifth Circle Level Women’s Conference was organised by the State Bank of India Officers Association (SBIOA) Hyderabad Circle at SBIOA Bhavan in Narayanguda on Sunday.

Rajeshwari appreciated women officials of the State Bank of India (SBI) who were working in rural and semi urban areas. G Subramanyam, General Secretary, SBIOA (HC), highlighted the various developments for women officers which were taken up by the association for the betterment of working conditions of the women officers.

On the occasion, two employees, N Niranjana and Kousalya Venkataraman, were felicitated for their contribution to the success of the women officers’ movement in the country. SBIOA donated Rs 5,000 to Aparajita Seva Samithi, an NGO that aims to provide shelter and education to orphaned girls, as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR). The bank’s CGM CR Seshikumar, Deputy General Manager HK Pammi and SBI Ladies Club President Sudha Bindu participated in the conference along with a large gathering of women officers.
