Fake currency gang nabbed

Kadapa: One Town police nabbed a gang that was printing and circulating fake currency here on Saturday. They seized face currency worth Rs 1.80 lakhs from them. According to One Town SIs Balamaddileti and Ranganayakulu, a gang has been printing fake currency in Vijayawada and another gang of four has been circulating the fake notes in the shops during busy hours in Kadapa district. Kadapa One Town police came to know of this and conducted vehicle checking and nabbed the gang.
