Karimnagar: Revenue Minister N Raghuveera Reddy directed the officials to resolve all the problems received in the form of complaints during 'Revenue Sadassulu' in a stipulated period.
Minister Raghuveera Reddy held a video conference with the district officials from the Secretariat in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Revenue Department Principle Secretary B R Meena, Chief Commissioner of Land Administration P K Mohanthi and other officials were present at the video conference in Hyderabad.
Addressing the officials, Raghuveera Reddy said that officials should try to address the problem of each application and if any officer fails to resolve the problem of any application, he should give an explanation to higher officials on what grounds he was unable to resolve it.
He also directed the officials to provide a special cabin and adequate furniture for Village Revenue Officers (VROs) in the mandal offices.
Joint Collector H Arun Kumar informed the Minister that the district administration had received a total of 76,168 applications during the Revenue Sadassulu' 'programme and of them, as many as 19,997 applications had been resolved so far.
