He personally received the phone calls from the people and took down 12 complaints from them. People from Bodhan, Nizamabad and Armoor sub-divisions rang up the Commissioner and narrated their problems.
Nizamabad: The Commissioner of Police Kartikeya participated in the ‘Dial Your CP’ programme which was held here from 10 AM to 11 AM on Monday.
He personally received the phone calls from the people and took down 12 complaints from them. People from Bodhan, Nizamabad and Armoor sub-divisions rang up the Commissioner and narrated their problems.
The Commissioner of Police, after noting down their complaints directed the police officials concerned to take necessary action.
He also enquired from the policemen whether they took any action on the complaints received last week.
When they told him that some cases were still pending, he also pulled up the officials who were indifferent in attending to the complaints of the people. He warned them that action would be initiated against them if they fail to redres the grievances of the people.
He said that the ‘Dial Your CP’ programme should be taken seriously in resolving the problems of the people.
Special Branch Inspector of Police Venkanna was also present.
