The Minister along with MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and local MLA Puvvada Ajay Kumar released the 2017 Diary of Telangana Union of Working Journalists (TUWJ) here at MP Camp Office in Khammam on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the R&B Minister said the State government was taking all measures to solve the problems of Journalists in the State.
“The accreditations, bus and rail passes and health cards will be issued as early as possible to all the journalists,” assured the Minister.
He also said in some places the construction works of double bedroom houses for journalists were underway. “In next two years, all the journalists present in the State will be allotted double bedroom houses,” he assured.
State vice-president of TUWJ Kattekola Ramnarayana, State leaders Anugu Venkateshwar Rao, district convenor N Venkat Rao, G Srinivas Reddy, K Gopi, Y Madhav Rao, S Murari and A Srinivas and others attended the programme.
