Nalgonda: Professor Chakradhar of Telangana Vidya Parirakshana Committee (Save Education Committee) felt that rulers were encouraging corporate culture in every sector and projecting it as a development of the society.

On Sunday, state-wide bus yatra of the committee reached Nalgonda town. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Chakradhar stated that irrespective of caste, religion and status it was the duty of government to provide equal opportunities to all.

He raised objection to State government sanctioning of 1,000 acres to Reliance for free at Hyderabad for the establishment of an educational institute. He explained the ill effects of privatisation in education sector.

“Even capitalist countries providing free education till secondary level,” he said.

During the bus yatra, they created awareness among the public about the impact of intrusion of corporate culture in the field of education.

The Professor also informed that the yatra would end on Monday in Hyderabad and a meeting would be conducted in this regard.

Committee district leaders Somaiah, Vijay kumar, Venkulu and students’ union leaders Pradeep Maddileti, Induru Sagar, B Venkateshwarlu and others participated.
