Traffic police create awareness among students
As part of Police Martyrs’ Week celebrations, an open house programme was organised where students of Saint Joseph School attended a traffic counselling programme.
Khammam: As part of Police Martyrs’ Week celebrations, an open house programme was organised where students of Saint Joseph School attended a traffic counselling programme.
The programme was conducted upon the directions of Khammam Superintendent of Police Tafseer Iqbal, under the aegis of Inspector P Naresh Reddy here on Monday.
The Inspector explained the duties of Navy, Airforce, Army and Police and briefed the prominence of Police Martyrs Day. He answered the questions posed by the students on the occasion.
The police explained the merits and demerits of following and not following the traffic rules through power point presentation. The police also explained about CCTV camera surveillance in the city. Traffic Sub-inspector P Devendar Rao and staff were present.
