On Wednesday, the 2nd Class Magistrate Subba Lakshmi had imposed a penalty of Rs 35,000 on 14 members who were caught drunk driving in commissionerate limits.

On Wednesday, the 2nd Class Magistrate Subba Lakshmi had imposed a penalty of Rs 35,000 on 14 members who were caught drunk driving in commissionerate limits.

Conducting a counseling session to the persons booked under drunk driving at Traffic Police Station on the day, the ACP advised them to think about their family members before driving the vehicles in inebriated condition. “The drunk driving not only claims your life, but also the lives of other road users,” he told them, advising them to quit the habit.
