The MLA along with District Collector Anitha Ramachandran inaugurated Stree Shakthi Bhavan constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 32 lakhs in Aler.
Speaking on the occasion, she said the government was paying special attention for the women empowerment and advised women groups to pay the loans in time to get the advantage from it.
Stating that for the safety and security of girls and women in the State the government has formed SHE teams, she said the government had introduced 102 vehicle to help pregnant women and KTR kits for nursing women.
Chief Minister KChandrashekar Rao is striving hard for the welfare of women, she added.
District Collector Anitha ramachandran advised women to utilise the loans properly for their development.
She suggested that the women forge ahead by grabbing the available opportunities. In this programme, District Rural Development Officer Venkat Rao, DWO Sharadha, CDPO Chandra kala, ZPTC Botla Parameshwar, MPP Anusuya, MPDO Srinivas, Sarpanch Vijaya, local body representatives Krishnaiah, Murali, Mohan Rao and women groups participated.
