Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev remembered by SFI Khammam
The 87th death anniversary of revolutionaries Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev was observed on a grand note by the representatives of Student Federation of India (SFI) here in Khammam on Friday.
Khammam: The 87th death anniversary of revolutionaries Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev was observed on a grand note by the representatives of Student Federation of India (SFI) here in Khammam on Friday.
Federation district president T Nagaraju, after paying tributes to the great leaders, said Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were the great revolutionary leaders who fought bravely against the British.
The three freedom fighters, who refused to bow to British, sacrificed their lives at a very young age for the country’s independence and stood as examples for others.
“By taking them as inspiration, the youth of present generation must fight against leaders and the governments which are robbing people in the name of reforms and encouraging the communalism and attacks on people belonging to weaker sections,” he urged.
Federation leaders Ch Ramesh, Ashok, Hemanth, Gayatri and Shanker were present along with others.
