Congress leader promises waiver of Rs 2 lakh farm loans

Bhongir: AICC member and District Congress Committee president Budida Bikshamaiah Goud here on Sunday said the people, belonging to all sections, were vexed with the TRS rule.
He was ting part in house-to-house campaign programme held at Baahupeta village of Yadagirigutta mandal in Yadadri-Bhongir district.
Speaking on this occasion, he said the government had failed to fulfil the aspirations of the people and poll promises during its four years of its rule. He said the 24-hours power supply to agriculture sector did not help the farmers. The government had adopted anti-farmer policies.
The Congress party’s house-to-house campaign was evoking good response and the people were pouring out their grievances.
He assured the people that the Congress party, after coming to power in the next elections would waive Rs 2 lakh farm loans and ensure MSP to farm produce. In this programme, party local leaders participated.
