Revanth Reddy must confine to his constituency for some more time

Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy has to confine himself to his Kondagal constituency as the court opposed his petition. Revanth Reddy was asked not to leave Kodangal constituency till the case has been resolved. The TDP MLA was also asked to appear before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) whenever summoned.

According to reports, Revanth Reddy's lawyer filed a petition before the court stating that he is a senior leader in the TDP who has to handle party activities in Hyderabad. But the ACB, which is investigating the cash-for-vote scam, raised objections to the petition saying that his visit to Hyderabad would affect the trial in the case.

The court agreed with the investigating agency’s argument and opposed Revanth Reddy's petition.
