Funerals performed to Justice Punnayya
Family members paid last rites to deceased justice KPunnayya at his native village Kavali in Santhakaviti mandal of Srikakulam district on Sunday
Srikakulam:Family members paid last rites to deceased justice K.Punnayya at his native village Kavali in Santhakaviti mandal of Srikakulam district on Sunday.
His daughter, former speaker and former minister, K.Pratibha Bharathi and other family members performed funerals to him with official respect. Minister for transport, K.Atchannaidu, ZP chairperson, Ch.Dhanalaxmi, Palasa MLA, GSS Sivaji and other leaders attended.
Speaking on the occasion the leaders remembered services of justice Punnayya and they explained how performed all top posts with dedication and hard work.
Large number of TDP cadres and people of surrounding villages attended the funerals.
Punnaya served more to weaker sections and poor people for their improvement the leaders recalled.
