The Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan mentioning Kashmir issue as one that needs to be settled with India, is uncalled for.
He has made the statement while attending ground breaking ceremony for proposed construction of visa free Kartarpur corridor connecting two Sikh holy shrines across the border. Keeping in mind the sanctity of the occasion, he could have shown restraint from making political statements.
In the same breath he has told that, Pakistan Army, political parties and people are on one page in dealing with India. He might have forgotten to add that terrorists are also on the same page.
That is the real problem. Unless Pakistan shreds its duplicity and stops encouraging terrorism against India, it cannot gain credibility in international community.
