New Delhi: The honorable Delhi High Court iterated that indulging in physical relationship, before marriage is immoral as far as any religion is concerned. The sex that takes between two people with the promise of marriage is not considered as a rape, the honorable court added.
The session’s judge Virender Bhat said if a woman indulges in physical relationship with a man, based on a promise received from a colleague or friend will endanger her own life. Further, he said if a man guarantees a woman for marriage and indulges in sex and fails to fulfill his promise, such relationship can not be considered as molestation.
