Narendra Damodardas Modi is an illustrious Indian trailblazer, and set to be Manmohan Singh’s successor as the 14th Prime Minister of India.

Modi’s interest in politics started at a very young age. He began attending meetings of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) at the age of 10. Year later, he became their pracharak, not only because of eloquent he was in speech but also how much the crowds were pleased with him. Soon, the RSS assigned him to BJP.

Since then, Modi has come truly a long distance. He came from a sectional region, but now Modi is the cornerstone of the leading party in India. Modi truly trusts and leads thrifty behavior with his small staff of three, producing excellent results, if Gujarat is any proof.

A 63-year-old abstinent, Modi has sacrificed all for India. He may not be articulate in English, but his way of cosigning to the mob makes up for his inadequacies. Modi led a smart, media-savvy campaign and forged his own path with his actions and decisions.

Modi has conceived nationalism in India, a state of mind which the outgoing Congress-led government was unable to fulfill --proving how powerful apparent executive ability and culture is in our country.

Modi won an avalanche of a victory, at such a large scale that even he and his followers could were surprised. Modi conducted a well-thought-out and reasonable strategy, and since then his stature has risen manifold to heights rarely attained before.

Today, vast sections of civil society see in him the next Prime Minister of India. Let’s hope he will plant more visible footprints on the international seashore.
