Sri Aditya Group: We take care of greenery in our projects

A modern thinking professional company branched out into diverse group of interests – picked up S S Reddy as its Chief Executive Officer – in view of his rich experience and adaptability.

Reddy began his career as CEO of LIFE, an NGO and was associated with Govt. of India – Ministry of Human Resources as it’s Project Director for a pilot project – EDUQUIP in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which was a brain child of the then President of India Mr.APJ Abdul Khalam.

S S Reddy then became the CEO of Royal Palace Chiran Fort, Begumpet, Hyderabad, now it’s a club for the privileged. He also worked with Pragati Group of Companies as Vice President-Corporate and won awards for its best services from Tourism. He is multitalented, self motivated expert in HR, Admin and crisis management with ‘no excuses attitude’ has successful track record over thirty years.

Speaking to The Hans India, Reddy said, “The visionary team behind Sri Aditya Group, headed by Chairman & Managing Director Machineni Koteswara Rao, has put ingenuity and untiring efforts into it, nurturing the company with hard work and professional touch”. The CEO of Sri Aditya Group also said that he gets executed every job assigned in perfect sync and according to the direction of the management. New projects are selected on the basis of demand and location.

Sri Aditya Group, a real estate company successfully executed several projects by acquiring lands, developing them with all amenities and facilities, developing entire range of infrastructure services before selling the land for different legitimate purposes and by extending support in construction of buildings besides maintaining the premises and gated communities, Reddy told The Hans India.

Asked about the growth in concrete jungle leading to imbalances in environment, he said, Sri Aditya housing takes care of greenery in its projects and constructs water harvesting pits.

“To keep pace with the changing trends and with the strong desire to develop our own brand in housing, we have come up with brand Aditya Heights, added Reddy.

Referring to their USP, he said , “We ensure clarity in every transaction and leave no stone unturned to provide satisfactory service to our customers. Our sincere efforts make us stand out from other players in the trade”.

Reddy foresees bright future for housing in Navyandhra Pradesh. However, there is a slowdown in the sales of villas and independent houses. But, there is huge demand for residential flats meant for moderate income group.

Referring to the fluctuations he says, there is slowdown in the business due to uncertainty. “We hope the situation will change in about three months”.

Asked whether he was worried over the slowdown in real estate, Reddy says his philosophy is not to worry but have faith for better times. “It is the philosophy which motivates me and I tell my team the same thing”.

“We are coming up with new projects including gated communities for elite – Aditya Heights at Gannavaram very close to the International Airport and residential housing projects for moderate income groups at Kings Town, Vatluru on NH-5 near Eluru, AP with utmost responsibility and accountability to our customers.’

Before signing off, Reddy shared the secret behind his success. ‘I am self motivated, determined and honest. I am passionate about what I do. I try to surround myself with people who share similar passions’.

He also said that he never believed in complete customer satisfaction because customers always want more. ‘We therefore do our best follow up with every customer and the feedback helps us a lot in improving the quality of the products and service. This effort develops a bond between Sri Aditya and the clients,’ Reddy said.
