External affairs ministry spokesman, Gopal Bagley announced that India has concrete evidence that the mutilation of two Indian soldiers was carried by Pakistani Army Personnel in Jammu and Kashmir\'s Poonch district on Monday.

External affairs ministry spokesman, Gopal Bagley announced that India has concrete evidence that the mutilation of two Indian soldiers was carried by Pakistani Army Personnel in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district on Monday.

He informed that India has demanded punishment against whoever from their Army was involved in the incident.

Earlier, India summoned Pakistan high commissioner Abdul Basit to register a strong protest against the incident.

The Ministry spokesperson further said that the Pakistan envoy denied the involvement of the army but assured to convey the contents of India's demarche to his government.

Foreign secretary S Jaishankar had called in Pakistan High Commissioner on Wednesday to convey India's strong sense of outrage at the killing of Indian soldiers by the Pakistani Army.
