How Modiji saved TN and the vision of late Amma

The recent admission of OPS about how Modiji has encouraged and positively advised him to join hand with EPS and become minister to save the state and AIADMK reveals nothing but the true statesmanship of Modiji. The above statement of OPS also affirms the special love of Modiji for the state of Tamil Nadu.

If the AIADMK wage war from within, that would not only affect the governance and development of the state but also the party which was formed and guarded by the two great leaders such as MGR and Amma. Further, the in-fights also may warrant fresh election that shall unnecessarily impose huge financial burden on the state.

Several more dreams of Amma to the people of Tamil Nadu, the present government has to fulfill. Large section of people have started to repose their faith back in AIADMK as EPS, OPS combine is doing good job.

Perhaps, Modiji would have collectively thought through all the above aspects and would have advised OPS to save the state and not to fight or take sanyasa from TN politics. Any true leader should wish and impart only such advice and not divide other political parties for petty political gain. Modiji is no doubt a great statesman.

Modiji has in fact shown an exemplary leadership quality by advising OPS and showing him the right path. The people of Tamil Nadu must understand the true intentions of Modiji and should not get carried away by the slanderous propaganda of the jealous and power greedy political parties who are twisting the good gesture of Modiji as muscle flexing or remote controlling the state government or engaged in Kangaroo court etc.

Instead of winning lection on merit and credibility, the opposition parties are eagerly waiting for the fall of the present government which is not good for the state.

The true statesman – Modiji would have sensed the fact that the state was growing well under the able leadership of Amma and therefore all the protégé of Amma should show greater responsibility after her demise and must engage in fulfilling her dream projects for the poor people of the state. Otherwise the protégés of Amma would be doing great injustice to late Amma and to the state that had elected her for the historic second term.

People of Tamil Nadu in general and millions of followers of AIADMK in particular must be extremely grateful to Modiji for giving right advice to OPS to save the party.

Modiji has been opposing dynastic politics, corruption and nepotism. The state has been ruined under drawidian identity politics which simply fooled people of the state in the name of linguistic superiority and playing regional chauvinism.

But MGR and Amma broke such rotten political practice and brought social justice and equality among people of the state. Amma focused development of the state rather than playing with emotion of the people and fooling the people by hyping language superiority and identify.

After the demise of Amma, the party was falling into the hands of a dynasty which was opposed by OPS in the true sprit of late Amma’s political philosophy. Such situation also will make the AIADMK to look as another dynastic or family run political party and slowly the development of the family and not the state would take primary importance.

It is well known that Modiji has special liking for the state due to its geographic, ethnic, cultural and intellectual reasons. Such state should not fall into self destruction after the demise of Amma and that would have be the reason for Modiji to advise OPS to go for reconciliation rather than war.

The recent statement of OPS in fact reaffirms not just the goodness of Modiji, but his greatness and noble gesture for the state. Hope people of the state will respect the trueness of Modiji and will never fall again into drawidian brand politics. Millions of cadres of AIADMK is also duty bound to Modiji for doing everything possible to save AIADMK and help EPS, OPS government to fulfill all the dreams of Amma.

The state of Tamil Nadu also must remember the fact that recent NITI Ayog study has shown the best health care delivery system in the state which should not be destroyed in the name of legalizing cross pathy by AYUSH vaidyas as proposed in the NMC bill. Gentle slip by the state health ministry is sufficient to spring cross pathy in rural Tamil Nadu and harm the existing great health care service that exists in Tamil Nadu.
