New Delhi: A 25-year-old undertrial prisoner at Mandoli jail has died under mysterious circumstances after being hospitalised, said a jail official on Friday.

The man, Shiva, was lodged in the jail in an attempt to murder case.

He was hospitalised three-four days ago and died on Thursday at GTB Hospital, he added.Police said a post-mortem was carried out and a magisterial probe is being conducted in the matter.
