Depicts micro pictures on rice grains and tamarind seeds smallNellore: Shaikh Amir Jaan has created a new world record by drawing a Limca bottle in ten minutes on a rice grain. Earlier, he created several world records through micro painting by drawing several pictures. In the year 2011, when India won the World Cup in cricket, Amir Jaan made a sketch of the World Cup on a rice grain and entered the Limca book of world records. Till now, he drew 512 sketches. In connection with the 63rd anniversary of the Indian Republic on January 26 this year, Amir Jaan painted the pictures of 63 freedom fighters on 63 tamarind seeds within 6.12 minutes and found a place for himself in the India Book of Records. Earlier, when a painter from Kerala drew a 2 cm size picture of Mahatma Gandhi participating in Dandi march and created a new record, Amir Jaan went further and drew a miniature picture of the Mahatma of size 1.5 cm and broke his record. He also painted a picture of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on a thumbnail. Similarly, in connection with the World Telugu Conference in December last year, Amir drew the paintings of Telugu Talli, Sri Krishnadevaraya, C.P. Brown, film director and painter Bapu, and Vemana and the delegates lauded his efforts. On the occasion of Vijayanama Ugadi this year, he drew the pictures of a parrot and mango twigs on a grain of rice. Thus, Amir Jaan created several new records and broke several other earlier records. He was felicitated by several cultural organizations and presented with commendation certificates.
