Café Coffee Day and LINE tie-up to offer a free beverage with the download of the app

Café Coffee Day’s (CCD) and LINE, a mobile platform, have tied-up to offer the youth their second Crunchy Frappe for free after downloading the mobile app.

The drink, a mixture of crunchy Oreos dunked in a creamy chocolaty meltdown, will be available at all CCDs. To avail this offer, customers must first download the LINE app and log on to the Café Coffee Day Official Account and send a message ‘LINECCD’ to the CCD Official Account.

Commenting on the tie-up, Damandeep Soni, head of business development, LINE India, said, “Our plan is to quickly transform LINE into a mobile life platform that allows users to easily go beyond messaging and experience dynamic features on the go. With CCD, we are doing exactly that and trying to tap more consumers in the wake of this festive season. We want consumers to think of LINE as a huge virtual mall with instant offers, exciting deals and surprises.”
