Hyderabad: As many as four ZPTCs of Ranga Reddy district have resigned to the Congress Party. Including Yadava Reddy, three ZPTCs would join TRS Party on Saturday. With this recent episode, the strength of Congress Party ZPTCs has drastically fallen down, making TRS Party stronger and paving away for the party to grab ZP Chairman Post.
From the other end, an agreement has been made between TDP and Congress Parties. As per this agreement, the ZP Chairman post of Ranga Reddy district would be shared by the two parties for 2 ½ yrs each. In the same way, Warangal and Mahabubnagar ZP Chairman Posts would be taken over by Congress, while Vice Chairman post would be given to TDP.
