I-Day gift to Telangana employees, The Telangana Government on Tuesday announced Telangana Special Increment.’ This would benefit around 4-lakh government employees working in Telangana region.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Government on Tuesday announced Telangana Special Increment.’ This would benefit around 4-lakh government employees working in Telangana region.
They would get the increment along with August month salary to be paid on September 1. This hike would continue until their superannuation from service. This increment would be extended to employees working in government degree colleges and polytechnic colleges, besides institutes approved by the UGC and AICTE also. Meanwhile, thanking government profusely for bestowing upon the special increment, Telangana employees JAC chairman G Deviprasad said that this increment was likely to be in the range of Rs 100 to 1000 depending upon the cadre of the employee. He further stated that this increment would be given as a separate component in every month’s salary.
