Governor to review the security measures in the city
Telangana Governor E. S. L. Narasimhan seems to be taking initiative to make sure on the security implementations in Hyderabad. The governor on Saturday visited Hyderabad police commissionerate to overview the security matters.
Hyderabad: Telangana Governor E. S. L. Narasimhan seems to be taking initiative to make sure on the security implementations in Hyderabad. The governor on Saturday visited Hyderabad police commissionerate to overview the security matters.
During his three hour visit, the Governor reviewed the latest technological resources that are deployed in the city police. He met with City police commissioner Mahender reddy to discuss the details.
The Central government had earlier given a directive granting the Governor special powers to maintain law and order in Hyderabad under section 8 of the provision of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act.
On the other hand, the move was strongly opposed by the TS MPs. The Governor also reviewed all the CCTV cameras installed across the city.
