KCR settler comment draws brick bats

One more nugget from Telangana chief minister and TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao on 'settler ' issue has sparked up brickbats and drawn criticism.

His statement that there were no settlers in Hyderabad and all were citizens of the state capital has come as yet another election gimmick, say opposition leaders.

TDP Telangana leader M Narasimhulu said: "The word 'settler' is an invention of KCR and his recent statement was only aimed at pacifying the city voters in the GHMC."

Telengana TDP chief L Ramana said KCR had unveiled the new regime of feudal lords in Telangana who never tolerated any criticism and did not spare opponents and critics in the least.

Congress leader and Hyderabad Congress chief Danam Nagender said: "KCR faked love for Seemandhra in view of greater elections and after the polls he would again malign them as dogs and foxes."
