KTR, Harish lay stones for several works
Foundation stones for developmental activities worth Rs 11.31 crore were laid by Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj K Taraka Rama Rao and Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao in Siddipet Constituency on Monday.
Sangareddy (Medak): Foundation stones for developmental activities worth Rs 11.31 crore were laid by Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj K Taraka Rama Rao and Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao in Siddipet Constituency on Monday.
It has been proposed to lay a BT road from Pulluru to Siddipet at a cost of Rs 4.8 crore, an R & B road from Harishnagar to Machapur at a cost of Rs 58 lakh and take up repair works for Pulluru road at a cost of Rs 5.24 crore.
A foundation stone was also laid for construction of a road from Banjarapalli to Bugga Rajeswara Swamy Temple at a cost of Rs 69 lakh.
Addressing the gathering, K T Rama Rao said that good time had come for the roads of Telangana. He said that the present administration has been executing road developmental works worth thousands of crores like never before.
Muthyam Reddy, Revenue Divisional Officer, Panchayat Raj Department officials and other people’s representatives were present on the occasion.
