Hyderabad: The Congress Legislature Party (CLP) has expressed its displeasure over the decision of the Telangana State government withdrawing security of Congress leaders in the State. Speaking to mediapersons after the CLP meeting here on Friday, CLP Secretary Ram Mohan Reddy said the TRS government had scaled down the security to former ministers, legislators, MPs and other important leaders of Congress party after it came to power on June 2. Condemning the decision, he demanded that the State Government release a white paper on the issue. If the government failed to concede the party’s demand, then the Congress leaders would surrender their security personnel to the government, he added.
