Mohammed Ahmed, father of slained Viquar Ahmed, lodged a complaint against the Escort police of Warangal Central Prison and other higher police officials, at Alair police station on Saturday, under which the alleged encounter of five under trials who were facing charges of ‘terrorism’ took place, on April 7.

Hyderabad: Mohammed Ahmed, father of slained Viquar Ahmed, lodged a complaint against the Escort police of Warangal Central Prison and other higher police officials, at Alair police station on Saturday, under which the alleged encounter of five under trials who were facing charges of ‘terrorism’ took place, on April 7.

Mohammed Ahmed, who has been protesting against the alleged encounter of his son and his associates Amjad Ali, Mohd Zakir, Mohd Haneef and Izhaar Khan, ever since he learnt about the incident visited Alair police station of Nalgonda district along with the delegation of advocates, seeking action against alleged errant cops.

In the complaint, he referred to the handcuffed pictures of all the five under trials, who were killed on April 7 and the serious bullet and injury marks on bodies of the accused. He claimed that from the circumstantial material available, it appears that the alleged encounter of Viquar and other four of his associates was absolutely false.
