Hyderabad: The Selection Committee of Union Public Service Commission has reportedly recommended the names of three senior IPS officials for the post of Director General of Police.
The names recommended by the Committee were Aruna Bahugana, Anurag Sharma and K Durga Prasad. The State government was authorised to select any of the three names recommended by the committee.
Last week, the State government had sent five names to the Selection Committee. Besides these three officials, the other officials were A K Khan and Tejdeep Kaur.
