The students are staging protests over the university administration failing to hold elections to students’ union and allegedly suppressing their democratic rights.
The students protested by wearing black dress. They expressed their anger over the administration through canvas painting near heritage well on the campus.
The students planned to go ahead with poetry reading protest, using art as a form of resistance to re-occupy the lost space to mark the protest on Saturday.
