KTR launches Water Grid scheme in Adilabad

Telangana Information Technology and Panchayati Raj Minister KT Rama Rao visited Adilabad district on Monday and launched the Water Grid scheme by laying the foundation stone for the project.
Housing Minister A Indrakaran Reddy who participated in the launch stated that the farmers will benefit from the Water Grid scheme and the power crisis will also be overcome with the scheme. The Minister called attention to the 'Mission Kakatiya' scheme for its progressive work.
Speaking on the occasion, KTR said that every household in Telangana would have drinking water supply in three years. The Minister slammed the Congress leaders allegations on irregularities in Water Grid project and challenged them to prove their allegations. He even went on to say if they managed to prove, he will resign from politics permanently.
