Railway Budget disappoints Nalgonda people: CPM
The railway budget, which was presented in Lok Sabha on Thursday, has disappointed the people of Nalgonda district, CPM district secretary Julakanti Ranga Reddy pointed out. The doubling of Bibinagar-Nadikudi line and survey for electrification, which were promised earlier, were not mentioned in the railway budget, he added. The promise to run special train between Chityal and Kachiguda was also not fulfilled in the railway budget.
Meanwhile, Bibinagar-Nadikudi doubling line, railway line to Suryapet, electrification of railway line from Bibinagar to Nadikudi, development of Miryalaguda railway station as model railway station and others were even not mentioned in the railway budget which was drawing flacks from the political parties.
