Mayor asks officials to beautify Indira Park

Hyderabad Mayor Bonthu Rammohan on Thursday directed the GHMC officials to beautify Indira Park boating point at the earliest and desilt the pond. The Mayor also visited transfer station and observed that the nala which supplies water to the Indira Park and as well as Osmania University park is now dumped with garbage waste.
Hyderabad: Hyderabad Mayor Bonthu Rammohan on Thursday directed the GHMC officials to beautify Indira Park boating point at the earliest and desilt the pond. The Mayor also visited transfer station and observed that the nala which supplies water to the Indira Park and as well as Osmania University park is now dumped with garbage waste.
He instructed officials to clean it immediately for providing water to both the parks. The Mayor directed to the engineering wing officials to take up a separate line for providing water from Domalguda nala which supplies water to Public Garden. The Mayor directed the officials to clear the pond and also to arrange sign boards in the park as thousands of citizens come for morning walk.
