Vivekananda School celebrates Green Day

Warangal: Vivekananda High School celebrated Green Day on Saturday with City Mayor Nannapaneni Narender and Divisional Forest Officer Purushottam gracing the occasion as chief guests.
The guests planted saplings as part of the programme arranged under the Haritha Haram. The Divisional Forest Officer administered oath to children to protect the saplings.
School authorities Gujjula Narsaiah, Thota Venkateshwarlu and the Principal Uma Rao along with teachers strove to make the programme a grand success.School teachers and a large number of students took part in the programme.
