Hyderabad: The sleuths of Crime Investigation Department (CID) on Saturday arrested two more educational consultants in connection with the Telangana Eamcet II (Medical) question paper leak. The arrested persons were identified as Mohammed Iqbal Khan alias Iqbal (29), educational consultant from Natoli village in Haryana and Gummadi Venkatesh (28), educational consultant at Indo Global Med Educare Pvt Ltd in KPHB and native of Guntur district.

CID IG Dr Sowmya Mishra said, “Accused Iqbal, who operates in New Delhi and Bengaluru, had arranged training classes for 20 students in Bengaluru in connivance with other brokers. Venkatesh, who runs an educational consultancy at KPHB, had taken seven students to Kolkata camp with the help of his unidentified friend from Vijayawada.” The IG said continuous efforts were on to nab others accused in the scam.
