Hyderabad: Health Minister Dr. Lakshma Reddy on Monday claimed that there were no deaths due to viral fever in Telangana State.
Speaking after inaugurating 100-bedded hospital in Bhadradari Kothagudem district, the minister said that the State Government took all precautionary measures to prevent spread of viral fever and other diseases. Therefore, he said no deaths occurred due to viral fever anywhere in the State. He said precautionary measures were also taken in the tribal and agency areas.
Meanwhile, Roads & Buildings Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao said that the State Government was improving the services in public hospitals on par with corporate hospitals by equipping them with modern machines.
