Search operation on border colonies held

Led by Bhadrachalam Assistant Superintendent of Police Sangram Singh Patil, the cops conducted cordon and search operation in the colonies of Rajpet and Sri Ramnagar colonies, located on the border of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, on Monday.

A total of 220 personnel including two Circle Inspectors and 7 sub-Inspectors, 70 special party police, 70 CRPF staff, women police and home guards participated in the search operation and inspected all the houses thoroughly. They also checked documents of vehicles. 47 motorcycles were seized, which do not have proper documents. AP police also participated in the search, the ASP added.
