KCR keen to provide jobs to youth: KTR

Sircilla: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is focusing on providing employment opportunities to jobless youth present across the State, IT and Municipal Administrative Minister KT Rama Rao stated.
The Minister along with Home Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy and Legislative Council chairman K Swamy Goud inaugurated the ITI building, constructed at a cost of Rs 7.75 crores, in Sircilla on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, IT Minister KT Rama Rao said separate statehood of Telangana was achieved after several movements with the slogan ‘Neellu, Nidhulu and Niyamakalu’ (water, funds and jobs). After becoming the Chief Minister, KCR started focusing on fulfilling the dreams of the people for what Telangana was achieved.
Necessary steps were taken to provide water for about one crore acres by utilising Godavari and Krishna river water and investing funds equally in all districts for the all-round development of the State.
The Chief Minister is striving hard for providing employment opportunities both in government and private sectors. As part of that, he is encouraging several multinational companies to invest in the State for establishing their companies. The government is determined to establish technical institutions in the State, which provide plenty of employment opportunities its students.
Many people from Sircilla district are going to Gulf countries in search of jobs and facing legal hassles as they are unaware of laws there. The unemployed youth, by developing various technical skills, must try to get jobs in various companies established in Hyderabad, instead of going to Gulf countries, he said.
KTR said that agriculture, ITI and nursing colleges were established in the district with the encouragement of the CM. The setting up of Operal Park here will provide jobs to about 15,000 to 20,000 people and of this, 30 per cent will be filled by women candidates.
Home Minister N Narasimha Reddy said the State government is introducing several welfare schemes to make the poor people live a respectable life. There is perfect maintenance of law and order in the State along with communal harmony. Many multinational companies are showing interest to invest here by establishing their companies in the State, thanks to the efforts of IT Minister KT Rama Rao, he added.
About 356 students can study various courses in the new ITI College that was established in Sircilla. This ITI College will be linked with various industries and companies present across the State for allotting jobs as soon as the students complete their studies.
Government chief whip Poturi Sudhakar Reddy, ZP chairperson Tula Uma, MLC Naradasu Lakshman Rao, TESCOB chairman Konduri Ravinder Rao, SES chairman D Lakshma Reddy, district library chairman A Shankaraiah, MPP Jupalli Srilatha, ZPTC Manjula Linga Reddy, municipal chairperson Samala Pavani, District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar and district revenue officer Shyam Prasad Lal were present along with others.
