Secunderabad: The compound wall at the back side of Seth Narayana Das Om Prakash government high school for girls, Secunderabad, has turned into an open toilet to passers-by. Having Zonal Commissioner office, North Zone, GHMC, on the opposite road at a distance, the officials are turning a blind eye and no attempt was made to install GHMC Swachh toilets.

With no public toilets available nearby in the street passing through Zonal Commissioner office, North Zone, GHMC, and having no fear of being caught by the authorities, the public are freely urinating onto the road side. The road stretch emanates foul smell causing inconvenience to the commuters.

“For several years now, we suffer from emanating stench when pass through the road. When the entire country is promoting Swachh Bharat Mission, the local officials are least bothered and remain silent even after witnessing people relieving themselves on the road,” said K Amulya, a resident of West Marredpally.
