Nakrekal (Nalgonda): The candidates of TRS and Congress parties on Monday campaigned in the villages across Nakrekal constituency appealing the people to vote them in the upcoming Assembly elections.

TRS candidate Vemula Veeresham explained the development works in the respective villages and constituency during the last four years of the party in power. He requested the people to bless him once again in the forthcoming elections to continue the development of the constituency.

On the other hand, Chirumarthi Lingiaiah of Congress, who has been claiming himself as a Mahakutami candidate from Nakrekal constituency, is touring extensively in the villages and exposing the failures of TRS government, TRS candidate’s negative points and his plus points to get the support of the people.

On Tuesday, TRS candidate Vemula Veeresham carried out door-to-door election campaign from Atipamula of Kattangur mandal, whereas Congress Chirumarthi Lingaiah toured in Mallaram village of the same Kattangur mandal to get support of the respective villagers.

In 2014 Assembly elections, there was a tough between TRS candidate Vemula Veeresham and Congress candidate Chirumarthi Lingaiah but Veeresham won the election with a majority of 2,000 votes.
