The leader is confident that the developmental activities he undertook in the past would stand him in good stead in the eyes of party leadership and would ensure him party nomination as well as victory in the upcoming elections. Criticising the Corporator of Ramnagar, V Srinivas Reddy, he said that the corporator is more interested in publicity than in developing the division. He also came down on BJP State President K Laxman for ignoring his constituency. He assured that he would demonstrate what development really means if he were elected as the MLA.
