Kunjan Satyavathi thanks BJP for her candidature from Bhadrachalam
Bhadrachalam Assembly BJP candidate Kunjan Satyavathi has expressed happiness and thanked the party for giving a chance to contest elections from the ST reserved seat
Kothagudem: Bhadrachalam Assembly BJP candidate Kunjan Satyavathi has expressed happiness and thanked the party for giving a chance to contest elections from the ST reserved seat.
She said the BJP has strong presence in villages in the Bhdrachalam Agency. The schemes of the central government and image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will win her the seat.
Interestingly, Kunjan Satyavathi had won the Assembly election way back in 2009 and she joined the saffron party recently. She said when she had been an MLA she had worked hard for development of Bhadrachalam. If people elect her again as an MLA she would work harder for the for the constituency people, she added.
The BJP announced the candidates for two out of five seats in the district. And both the seats—Bhadrachalam and Pinapaka—are reserved for tribals. From Pinakpaka ST Assembly segment the party is fielding Chanda Santosh Kumar. BJP district president B Prabhaker Reddy, party leaders K Dharma and others attended the programme.
