Ayyappa Dharma Prachara yatra to cover 22 States
A meeting was held to organise a reception to the All India Ayyappa Dharma Prachara Yatra in Telangana at the Ayyappa Temple, Lal Bazaar The Ayyappa dharma prachara yatra is being taken up under the auspices of the Global Ayyappa Unity for Reverent Devotion GAURD led by popular actor and Rajya Sabha member Suresh Gopi Ayyappa devotees and guruswamys across the city attended the meeting
Hyderabad: A meeting was held to organise a reception to the All India Ayyappa Dharma Prachara Yatra in Telangana at the Ayyappa Temple, Lal Bazaar. The Ayyappa dharma prachara yatra is being taken up under the auspices of the Global Ayyappa Unity for Reverent Devotion (GAURD) led by popular actor and Rajya Sabha member Suresh Gopi. Ayyappa devotees and guruswamys across the city attended the meeting.
Suresh Gopi who was the chief guest said the yatra would start from the Pandalam palace most likely in the second week of December. The panchaloha Ayyappa idol for the yatra is being made in the palace. He said the aim of the yatra is to explain to the people of the country about the customs and traditions of the sacred Sabarimala temple. He said the yatra starting from Pandalam palace would cover 22 States and all importance cities in the country.
