Beautification works begin along PVNR
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority HMDA began beautification of the area underneath PVNR Expressway on Monday with the removal of the ugly advertisement boards on the pillars proposed to have vertical gardens on selected pillars, vertical lighting, cleaning, enhanced greenery and defacement free pillars
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) began beautification of the area underneath PVNR Expressway on Monday with the removal of the ugly advertisement boards on the pillars proposed to have vertical gardens on selected pillars, vertical lighting, cleaning, enhanced greenery and defacement free pillars.
However, commuters keep complaining to the concerned authorities on the bad roads of PVNR Expressway. while Ashok P, a citizen replied to Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary Municipal Administration post about beautification underneath PVNR Expressway on his tweeter handle that PVNR needs re-carpeting of the road. It’s a bumpy ride.
Arvind Kumar allayed fears by tweeting on Sunday that “The laying of the new road is also approved that HMDA would take it up bit by bit in the late nights so as not to affect the traffic and the entire stretch will take about 3 months to complete.”
